Information Warning Bar
You must turn off the Security Warning Bar at the top of the page if it appears.
To do so, follow the instructions in the Information Warning Bar, "Click here for options...".
Next, click on "Allow Blocked Content...". When a second window opens, click
"Yes" to accept this presentation as secure, which it is.
Once you have clicked "Yes" and the Security Warning Bar is no longer visible,
click "Next" to continue this presentation.
