Policies

Shipping

We can ship to any address in the world. Please check with us for international shipping, as shipping costs will vary for non-US shipments.

Upon receipt of your order and clearing of your payment through GooglePay we estimate that your product will be shipped via US mail for orders less than 1 pound, and via UPS for orders over 1 pound -- within 5 days. If the product is out of stock, we'll notify you immediately via email and give you the option to cancel your order.

Shipping costs are based upon the cost of the total order.

Cancellations

If you order a product and immediately decide that you do not want it, just give us a call and we will refund your money and cancel the order. Once it has been shipped, you can just let us know that you plan to return the item and we will refund your money as soon as we receive your return. Please note that herbal products, supplements and preparations cannot be returned if they have been opened.

Returns

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a partial refund.

Herbal products and nutritional supplements that have been opened cannot be returned.

Microcurrent stimulation (MCS 100iLE) units may be returned up to 30 days after the initial purchase. There will be a 10% restocking charge as well as the cost of shipping for returning a MCS 100iLE home unit. Any MCS that are not working properly may be returned to us and we will replace this with a new working unit. There will be no exchange for units that have been dropped, broken, or damaged by misuse or neglect.

Please call us prior to returning an item to confirm any details.
